Cook lasagna sheets according to package directions, but do not overcook.

Mix kitchen herbs, juice of one lemon, cheese and pepper in a hand mixer until well blended. Line loaf pan 13 inches above rim with plastic wrap.

Place one lasagna slab in the mold. Spread 125 g cheese mixture evenly over it. Spread 60 g of smoked salmon evenly on top and mold 2 lightly heaping tsp of caviar on top. Continue in this way until the ingredients are used up. Finish with a lasagna dish.

Keep remaining salmon for garnish.

Cover the give and refrigerate for several hours until the lasagna has firmed up. Carefully lift out of the mold and remove the plastic wrap.

Garnish with salmon and fresh tarragon as desired. Cut with a warm kitchen knife.
