Instructions:

Remove any remaining shells from the crab meat. In a baking dish, gently mix all the ingredients together and drizzle the lime juice over the top. On each serving plate, offer lettuce leaves with the seafood salad. Pour salad dressing on top and top with lime slices.

This leaf salad combines the fruits of the sea with those of the land. Instead of crab meat, ditto squid or just shrimp tastes neat.
