Instructions:

Clean, peel and coarsely grate the carrots to the shaved white cabbage.

Peel and dice the onion. Mix with the shaved cabbage, then mix and knead everything with your hands. This will soften the cabbage.

For the marinade, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the cole slaw and marinade well.

Cover and refrigerate the cole slaw for at least 4 hours.
