For the brown rice with fennel and salmon fillet, wash and clean the fennel and cut into small pieces. Set the fennel greens aside.

Steam the rice in an unperforated steamer basket with water and soup seasoning for 40 minutes at 100° C until soft. Mix in a little olive oil.

Salt the salmon fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice. Steam at 90° C for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle the steamed fillet with pepper, flavor with a little olive oil and serve with the brown rice. Use the fennel greens for decoration.
