For the colorful layered salad, hard boil the eggs in 10 minutes, rinse, peel and cut into slices. Clean and rinse the vegetables. Cut lettuce, radishes, tomatoes into strips and cucumber into slices. Coarsely grate carrots and cheese.

Layer everything in order in a suitable bowl. Stir through mayonnaise and yogurt. Season generously with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and refrigerate with the lid on (overnight if necessary).

Serve the colorful layered salad.
