For the corn with bacon, drain the corn. Cut the onion into coarse pieces. In a hot pan with oil, fry the red onion pieces and the bacon cubes, after about 3-4 minutes add the corn and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Season carefully with salt and pepper. Cut the young onion into rings and mix with the corn and bacon mixture.
