Instructions:

Roughly grate peeled potatoes and cucumber with shredder, mix with spices and pour into a greased baking dish.

Mix eggs with milk, pour over the potato-cucumber mixture, top with flakes of processed cheese.

Cut corned beef and tomatoes into slices, place on top. Finally, place cheese flakes on top of the casserole. Cook in oven until done.

Circuit:

200-220 degrees , 1st slide bar v. U.

170-190 degrees , convection oven

approx. 60 min

Serve the casserole sprinkled with chive rolls.
