A simple but delicious cake recipe:

(*) Cake springform pan 22 cm ø.

Roll out the dough precisely and line the floured cake tin with it.

Prick the dough base and sprinkle with the grated almond kernels.

Grate the apples into a large enough bowl, mix with sugar, juice of one lemon, cinnamon and raisins soaked in rum. As the last step, add the mascarpone cheese. Spread this filling evenly on the dough base.

For the lid, roll out the dough as thin as possible and press the top edge of the dough exactly against the bottom.

Place in the heated oven on the second rack from the bottom and bake for about thirty minutes at 200-250 °C. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve slightly warm or also cooled.
