Instructions:

Cook the crayfish as described in the basic recipe, remove the crayfish meat and cut it not too small. Mix milk with enough flour to make a thin batter. Melt crab butter, add and salt dough. Stir in eggs and add crab meat. If necessary, correct the consistency of the dough with flour or milk, so that a nice Schmarren or pancake dough is formed. Heat crab butter or butter in a saucepan and pour in batter. Bake in a well preheated oven at about 200 °C top heat until the surface is nicely browned. Tear the Schmarren with two forks and serve garnished with chopped dill.
