For the crab peaches, drain the peach halves. Wash lettuce leaves, place on 4 plates, place the peach halves on top with the cavity facing up.

Drizzle crab with lemon juice and spread on peach halves. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, sherry, ketchup, salt, pepper and sugar to make a sauce.

Pour over the crab peaches and serve well chilled.
