Instructions:

For the crab rolls, first prepare the cocktail sauce. Mix all the ingredients together.

Grind the shrimps coarsely with a hand blender.

Chop the dill.

Mix shrimps, crem fraiche, dill and breadcrumbs.

Spread some cocktail sauce evenly on the puff pastry pieces and season with herbs de Provence.

Spread shrimp mixture evenly on puff pastry, leaving a border on the sides.

Separate the egg.

Brush the edge with egg white.

Roll up puff pastry.

Brush rolls with egg yolk.

Bake at 180 °C on middle shelf in heated oven on parchment paper for 20 minutes.

Serve rolls with cocktail sauce.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
