For the cranberry spider cakes, set aside twelve nice cranberries. Heat the remaining cranberries with the orange juice in the microwave on high for 1 minute.

Then stir in the cold oil, the egg, all dry batter ingredients in order and stir in as well.

Grease muffin tray or line with paper cups. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Fill muffin cups with a spoon, bake in oven for about 20 minutes. (Stick test!)

Place muffins on a wire rack, dissolve light chocolate coating, paint a spider web with dark chocolate coating and place a cranberry in each web.

The cranberry spider cakes are ready.
