A cake recipe for all foodies:
Mix the curd, milk, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar, then fold in half of the flour sifted with baking powder, knead in the remaining flour. Roll out 2/3 of the dough and cover the bottom of a cake springform pan with it, form a rim with the remaining dough.
Stir the ingredients for the topping well (be careful: it is very thin!) and pour it into the pan.
Bake at 175 °C in a heated oven for about 60 minutes (check the cooking!).
