For the cream cheese carbonara, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente and then strain. After straining, mix in a small dash of oil or butter to keep it from sticking together badly.

For the sauce, place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with enough water to create a loose creamy consistency. In a frying pan, fry the bacon pieces well and during the frying time, when the bacon has let out a little, add the garlic pieces.

Fry together for a few minutes, then add the cream cheese to the bacon cubes in the pan and stir well. Let everything cook for about 10 minutes, season with salt and stir occasionally.

At the end, carefully fold the finished spaghetti into the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
