Instructions:

For the cream cheese omelet, place eggs with about 5 dag of cream cheese, the spices and the mineral water in a higher container or bowl and whisk vigorously.

Place butter in a non-stick pan and melt over high heat (but should not brown). Pour egg mixture into skillet and fry lightly, swirling occasionally.

Cover (splash guard and dish towel or lid) When egg is set, slide from pan onto, for example, splash guard or plate with frying surface down.

Spread with cream cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped chives (could be done in the pan).

Fold and put back into the (ovenproof) pan and put into the oven (grill) preheated at approx. 100 °C for 2 – 3 minutes. (But you don’t have to) Serve immediately.
