Instructions:

Fry diced breakfast bacon in hot butter until crisp. Add diced onion and at least two cloves of garlic, and sauté. Clean and chop oyster mushrooms and sauté. Add heavy cream cheese and white wine, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes. Cut chives into rolls and sprinkle on top.

Goes well with penne or possibly cappelletti.
