Instructions:

Peel the onion, dice finely. Heat the oil and sauté the onion in it. Peel the kohlrabi, rinse, cut into strips, add to the onion form. Add finely chopped kohlrabi leaves. Sprinkle the flour over it, steam everything together well. Add water, add meat soup powder, let it boil and cook. Strain the soup through a sieve or blend it with an electric hand mixer. Fold in whipped cream, season to taste with salt and sprinkling seasoning.

Sprinkle the soup with parsley.
