For the cream of potato soup, dice a large onion and fry it in some melted butter in a frying pan. Wash 1/2 kilo of apples, peel and cut into small cubes.

Also sauté in the frying pan. Add cider and water.

Stir in two packets of potato soup and season with pepper and salt and serve the cream of potato soup.
