For the cream of pumpkin soup, first chop the pumpkin and potatoes and bring to the boil with soup cubes. Meanwhile, chop the onion and fry until translucent.

Once the pumpkin is soft, strain the clear soup and set aside. Combine the pumpkin and potatoes with the sautéed onion and puree using a hand blender.

Then add some clear soup until the soup has the desired consistency. Season the soup well with cream and whipped cream.

Finally, when serving, spread some pumpkin seed oil and cream over the dressed soup.
