For the creamed spinach, melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the cold water.

Then add the spinach leaves. Add a little milk and puree everything with a blender.

Bring to the boil briefly and season with garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper and grated Parmesan.
