For the creamed vegetables, cut the carrots into thin slices, put them in a pot with some salted water and simmer for a few minutes. Then add the peas and continue to simmer until both are al dente. Finely chop the garlic.

If necessary, pour off some water, stir in the garlic and add Cremefine. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper, bind with flour if necessary and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
