Instructions:

In a high frying pan or casserole, heat the oil. Sauté the green peppers, celeriac and garlic for about 5 minutes. Then add the stock, tomato sauce, tomatoes, parsley and spices and cook gently until the tomatoes are cooked and the liquid is reduced a little. Season to taste. Add frutti di mare (or other ingredients such as ham, beef). Serve on long grain rice.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
