For the crispy cubes, mix oil (or 250 g butter) with honey, grated lemon zest, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds and oat flakes in a pot.
Over moderate heat, stirring constantly, lightly toast the mixture (about 5 minutes).
Then put everything on a greased baking sheet and smooth it with a pastry card.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes until lightly brown. Cut the crispy cubes into squares of 2 x 2 cm while lukewarm and let cool on the baking sheet.
