Instructions:

For the crispbread, mix all ingredients into a dough and let stand for half an hour. Then knead with care and form into a roll.

Cut into 10-12 pieces and form into balls. Roll out these balls into thin, round patties.

Cut a hole in the center of the patty with a sharp kitchen knife.

Preheat the oven and bake at 180-200° C for 15 minutes.

Do not let the crispbread get too brown.
