Instructions:

For the crumble topped apple tart, crumble all ingredients, spread half on the tart base and press down.

For the curd filling, cream butter and yolks, fold in curd. Stir egg whites and granulated sugar and mix into the curd mixture.

Then mix in the semolina and rum raisins. Spread the curd filling on the crumble base, cover with apple slices in a fan shape and sprinkle the remaining crumble on top.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes. Let cool in the pan and then sprinkle with sugar.
