For the dog cookies, peel, shell and finely grind the peanuts. Mix all ingredients together and knead into a shortcrust dough. Let dough rest in a cool place (about an hour) then roll out 1/2 cm thick and cut out small squirrels or any shapes.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 min until crisp. makes about 2 large baking tray full.
