Instructions:

For the curd cake with tangerines and cranberries, first boil whipping cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter. Add the cranberries, orange zest and sunflower seeds. Set aside and allow to cool. Only then add the tangerines.

Briefly knead all the ingredients for the dough and roll out the dough into a rectangle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on it. Spread the tangerine-cranberry mixture on top.

Bake the curd cake with tangerines and cranberries at 200 °C top/bottom heat in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes.
