For the curd cheese bowls with marzipan, roll out the puff pastry. Mix the curd cheese with the custard powder, bitter almond oil, sugar and egg yolks until smooth.

Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and line a cold-rinsed silicone muffin tin with the rectangles. Place a piece of marzipan in each mold, spread curd mixture on top and brush the edges of the cupcakes with whipped egg white.

Bake the curd cheese cups with marzipan at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
