Instructions:

For the curd cheese golaches, first pile up the flour in a bowl and make a well. Crumble the yeast into the cold milk and dissolve with a pinch of sugar. Pour into the well and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth yeast dough. Knead well and form into a ball.

Now fill a bowl or large pot with cold water, put dough in it and let it rise until it comes to the top.

Meanwhile, for the filling mix all the ingredients. Knead dough again, roll out and cut into smaller 8-10 cm squares. Place a little filling in the center of each, folding each corner of the dough in toward the center and pressing down a little in the center. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let rise again for 30-45 minutes.

Brush the curd cheese golaches with beaten egg and bake in the preheated oven at approx. 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
