Instructions:

Stir the QimiQ until smooth and mix with the curd cheese and powdered sugar. Next, add the flavorings, whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the curd mixture. Whip the cream and fold it in the same way. Then place the curd mixture in a tea towel and let it rest for about 5 hours.

For the plum roast, caramelize the fine crystal sugar, add white wine, apple juice and plum liqueur, add the plums and simmer gently until they are soft. Then add the juice of one lemon to taste.

Finally, make dumplings from the mixture and serve them with the plum toast.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
