For the curd poppy seed tarts, mix curd with egg, vanilla sugar, lemon sugar and powdered sugar and season to taste.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles with a glass that are slightly larger than the molds.

Place the pastry circles in the molds, press down a little, spread the poppy seed filling and cover with the curd filling.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180° until the curd poppy seed tartlets have a nice golden color.
