Instructions:

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the yolks, butter, curd, semolina and salt well. Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

Bring salted water to boil and form dumplings with wet hands, boil them for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, melt the butter, lightly caramelize the sugar in it and mix well with the breadcrumbs.

Roll the finished dumplings in the breadcrumb mixture.
