Instructions:

For the currant stalk ice cream, place the currant and sugar in a saucepan and mash. Bring to the boil briefly in their own juice, pass through a sieve or a liquid softener and allow the juice to cool.

Then mix with yogurt and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for about 3 hours, then remove the currant popsicles from the molds.
