For the currant slices, mix the flour mixture with the yolks, oil and lukewarm water until creamy. Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, whip the remaining egg whites with the cane sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff, mix in the currant and spread on the pre-baked base.

Continue baking for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and let cool. Enjoy immediately!
