Instructions:

Cut beef into strips and turn to the other side in flour and curry powder.

Heat fat in a saucepan and fry the meat strips in it until brown.

Remove the skin from the onions, cut them into rings, add them and fry them for 5 min. Add beef broth and cook quietly for 20 minutes. Season lightly with salt, add curry and cook the tomato quarters for another 5 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle everything with chives.

Serve with buttered rice and leaf salad.

Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
