Curry Meatballs with Pumpkin

Instructions:

Cook long grain rice in boiling hot salted water for 20 minutes. Rinse meat, dry and cut into strips. Heat oil and fry meat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, remove.

Clean the leek, rinse and cut into rings. Remove the skin from the pumpkin, scrape out the seeds, dice the flesh (drain the pickled pumpkin).

Sauté leek and pumpkin in the frying fat. Dust with curry and douse with clear soup. Cook for approx. 5 minutes. Stir sour cream and cornstarch and thicken vegetables with it.

Add meat again, heat and season. Drain long grain rice and fold in.
