To make the curry strips, steam the rice in lightly salted hot water, covered, for about 12 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown turkey strips. Remove meat and allow onion and garlic to sauté. Dust with curry and pour in vegetable broth and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, add broccoli and cauliflower florets, cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Add meat back to vegetables, season with salt and pepper and cook again briefly.Arrange the curry strips on plates and serve rice separately.
