For the curry with meat and peanuts, cut meat into strips and marinate with soy sauce and 5-spice powder in a bowl for at least 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop peanuts, cut vegetables into pieces. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in wok and stir-fry meat for 2 minutes. Remove.
Add remaining oil to pan and stir-fry vegetables. Season with curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour in soup, add meat.
