Instructions:

1. onions separate from the peel and cut into tender strips.

Brown the chops on both sides in hot oil, then season with salt and pepper. Remove the chops from the frying pan and keep warm.

3. steam onion strips in remaining frying fat. Mix hot coffee powder, broth, cognac and sugar and add to onions. Brew the sauce a little bit.

4. put the cutlets again into the sauce, refine it with the fresh cream.

5. offer the chops in combination with the sauce.

Serve with broccoli and parsley potatoes with butter and toasted almond flakes.
