Clean broccoli, rinse and cut into roses. Then cook in salted water for about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain and let drain

Rinse the turkey cutlets, dry them and season with salt and pepper. Fry in heated oil for about 8 min, turning to the other side. Drizzle with 1 tbsp. soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds, fry for about 2 min. more. Remove and stand warm wrapped in aluminum foil.

Add broccoli to the pan and the remaining soy sauce. Toss everything briefly, season with salt and season with pepper. Unwrap the meat, add the resulting gravy to the broccoli form. Arrange turkey cutlets and broccoli on plates.

Serve with long-grain rice or potatoes.
