Cut the vegetable onion into tender strips and sauté in a frying pan with olive oil until golden brown. Then add salt and pepper, chopped parsley and a little butter. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and the breadcrumbs.

Season the pork chops with salt and fry them in a little bit of oil on both sides, put them in an ovenproof dish and spread the onion mixture on them. Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture on top.

Roast the pork chops in the heated oven at 200 °C (convection oven 180 °C ) for about 12 minutes.
