For the Cypriot bread, first lightly sauté the onions, chop the cheese into small cubes. Knead ingredients well together, let rise for 1 hour, knead again, form into a loaf and put on a greased and floured or with baking paper lined baking sheet.

Bake the Cypriot bread for about 1 hour at about 200 degrees.
