Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Put the flour in a suitable bowl, make a small pit and crumble the yeast into it. Then add 2 teaspoons of sugar and about an eighth of a liter of water and let the yeast rise. Then mix the risen salt, eggs, yeast and the remaining water into the dough and knead it until it comes away from the baking bowl. Cut an old bread roll into small cubes and mix them into the dough. Let the dough rise for 20 minutes. Then form three small loaves from the dough and let them form again for 5 minutes. Then make rolls from the three loaves, let them rise for another 5 min. and then put them in boiling salted water. After 5 min turn the rolls of dough and make about 20 min. When the dumplings are ready, prick them on the spot with a fork.
