Lisdorf: district of Saarlouis, the secret capital of the Saarland! One of the main local vegetable growing areas, so also dandelion.

Rinse dandelion, clean and pick into bite-sized pieces.

Cut eggs in half. Strain yolks through a hair strainer, cut off egg whites. Add both to dressing made from remaining ingredients form.

Before serving, mix dandelion and marinade. Sprinkle with crispy fried bacon cubes while still warm, if desired.

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
