Instructions:

For the dark brownies with light filling, preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the butter with the chocolate, add the eggs and sugar and mix together.

Add the flour and mix well again.

For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the egg, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.

Empty half of the batter into a square pan and smooth it out, pour the filling on top and spread the remaining chocolate batter on top.

Bake the brownies for about 35 minutes. Let cool and cut the dark brownies with light filling into small pieces.
