Instructions:

For the dark chocolate cream with sherry soft jelly, melt the chocolate in the steamer and let it cool down a bit. Mix with cream, eggs and sugar to a homogeneous mass. Fill the chocolate cream into fireproof glasses or small bowls. Then refrigerate and allow to set.

For the jelly, put all the given ingredients in an unperforated container and steam for 5 minutes. Spread the finished jelly over the dark chocolate cream and allow to cool.
