For the dates with marzipan-pistachio filling knead the marzipan with the powdered sugar, 40 gr ground pistachios and the maraschino. Form a roll with the help of the powdered sugar. Cut it into 20 pieces. Remove the seeds from the dates and fill them with the marzipan.

Let the dates dry for 2 hours. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Carefully dip the dates into the chocolate with a fork. The filling should remain visible. Place the dates on parchment paper and let them dry.

Sprinkle the rest of the pistachios on top. Serve the dates with marzipan as chocolates.
