For the fried cheese balls, first heat the olive oil.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff, but it should not be too stiff.
Gently fold in cheese, bread cubes and kitchen herbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Use a teaspoon to make balls the size of walnuts and place them in the olive oil.
Fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
Drain briefly on paper towel.
Serve the fried cheese balls hot with colorful lettuce.
