For the dill runner beans, boil the dill stalks in the soup or water. Cut the cleaned runner beans into small pieces and cook separately in salted water until al dente. Coldly quench and let drain. Now sauté the onion cubes in butter.

Stir in sour cream and water, dust with flour, stir well and pour in whipping cream and dill water until the desired consistency is reached and boil down. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix in the chopped dill together with the green beans, season again and serve.
