1 1/2 tbsp. spicy bean paste 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves.

Cook the pork in boiling water until half cooked, then take it out, cool it for 2 hours and cut it into very thin strips. Cut the leek in half lengthwise, rinse well and cut crosswise into 1 cm thick slices. For the sauce, mix the bean paste, salt, sugar and sherry and set aside. Toss the leeks in 1 tbsp. corn oil at medium wok temperature and roast in the wok for 2 min, season with salt as well, then ehrausnehmen and keep warm. Thereupon 2 tbsp. corn oil in the wok form and heat strongly, sauté the garlic cloves and then add the meat and cook. Skim off the fat and add the sauce and leek and stir. When the sauce is almost absorbed, bring the dish to the table hot.
